Does an automated project review replace an architect or building permit?
No. The preliminary scan identifies references and missing information. Site-specific design, statutory permissions and professional signatures depend on qualified reviewers and the relevant authorities.
Can I keep files private?
Yes, in the invitation-only pilot. Files are stored in private EU object storage, split into bounded parts, and retrieved through a case access key. Do not upload identity documents or special-category personal information.
Can architects register?
Invited professionals can submit a private application. Registry information is verified separately before any profile or signed report is offered. Application alone grants no status.
What do I pay for?
Local preliminary scanning is available as a demonstration. Formal architecture, technical or legal work requires a specific quote, accepted scope and a real payment flow once merchant onboarding is complete. There is no automatic charge for creating a beta case.
Are investment returns or tokenised assets listed?
No. The investment room is a prelaunch diligence workflow, not a solicitation, offer of securities or promise of returns.
