Restricted use: The document-intake and expert application features are for invited, authorised pilot participants only. Until the formal service controller and full contractual privacy notice are provided to each external participant, do not submit another person's personal data, national identity documents, special-category data, or sensitive third-party records.
For authorised pilot cases: project title, approximate location, optional source documents, stored-case metadata and authorised access records. Professional applications can include voluntarily provided name, email, jurisdiction and registry claim. Applicants are not shown publicly or represented as verified.
Data is used only to test document evidence mapping, project organisation, and human review requests. Authorised documents are stored in a private Vercel Blob store in the Frankfurt region. Uploads travel via HTTPS. Access requires the unique case key, and the case owner may use the in-app deletion request. This is not end-to-end encryption and is not a qualified electronic-signature service.
During this invited beta, case data remains until the authorised user deletes the case or a direct retention arrangement is agreed with the pilot operator. Provider CDN and backups may require additional time to expire after deletion. Beta applications require separate manual review and cleanup.
No source documents are publicly listed. No outside AI processing of private uploads is enabled in the current release. Professional review, legal advice, payments and third-party integrations are subject to a separate written arrangement.
Participants must receive confirmed operator/controller identity, a contact route for exercising data rights, lawful basis, retention and any processing terms. The invitation alone is not such a contract.
